ترکیب:
کڑاہی میں ، لونگ ، دھنیا ، زیرہ اور کالی مرچ ، سوکھی اور ہلکا بھورا ہونے تک خشک روسٹ ڈالیں اور ایک پیالے میں نکال لیں۔
کڑاہی میں ، ستارے کی سونگھ ، کالی الائچی ، دار چینی کی لاٹھی ، جائفل ، ہرا الائچی ، سوکھئے ہوئے ادرک اور خلیج کے پتوں کو ، خوشبودار ہونے تک خشک روسٹ کریں اور کٹوری میں نکال لیں۔
کڑاہی میں ، گدی ، کارواے کے دانے ، میتھی کے سوکھے پتے ، سوکھی ہونے تک خشک روسٹ کریں اور ایک پیالے میں نکال لیں۔
کٹوری میں ، ہیونگ پاؤڈر ڈالیں اور اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں۔
مسالہ مکسر میں ، بھنے ہوئے مصالحے ڈالیں اور باریک پیس لیں۔

Homemade Shahi Garam Masala Powder
Ingredients:
Cloves-------------- 1 tbs
Coriander seeds------------- 2 tbs
Cumin seeds--------------- 2 & ½ tbs
Black peppercorns------------- 2 tbs
Star anise-------------- 4-5 Badi
Black cardamom-------------- 7-8
Cinnamon sticks------------- 12-15
Nutmeg--------------- 2
Green cardamom--------------- 20-22
Dried ginger---------------- 2 pieces
bay leaves-------------- 6-8
Mace------------ 1 & ½ tbs
Caraway seeds------------- 1 tbs
Dried fenugreek leaves-------------- 2 tbs
Asafeotida powder-------------- 1 tsp
Directions:
Take a frypan add cloves coriander seeds cumin seeds and black peppercorns dry roast until aromatic and lightweight brown and remove during a bowl.
Now in frypan add star anise black cardamom cinnamon sticks nutmeg green cardamom dried ginger and bay leaves dry roast until aromatic & remove during a bowl.
In frypan add mace caraway seeds dried fenugreek leaves dry roast until aromatic & remove during a bowl.
In bowl,add asafeotida powder and blend well.
In spice mixer add roasted spices and grind to form a fine powder.
